Spring Snow Storm Brought Much Needed Moisture to the Colorado Front Range this Morning.. After a Record High of 77 Degrees was set Just Eight Hours Earlier.. Blizzard Watches and Warning were Issued for South and East of Denver.. High Winds and Snow Caused Low Visibility and Several Safety Closures Along I 25 South of Denver and I 70 East to Limon.. As the Totals were not much. The Wind and Low Visibility Caused the Main Concern to Issue the Blizzard Watches and Warnings to Warn Travelers... Some Locations Received Winds over 50 MPH and Lost Power Due to Downed Power Lines.. The Snow and Colder Temps Caused Damage to Uncovered Fresh Blooms due to Mild Temperatures over last Month..
