This video is about doing 100 Pullups a day. When I started training I was warming up with pull ups. My main exercises were bent over barbell rows, deadlift, lat machine pulldowns. I've always had a thick back, but it wasn't as wide as now.Last year I started doing pull ups regularly and I have made great results from it. I usually do 10 sets of 10 reps. If you can do 20 pull ups put some weight between your legs to make them more challenging. You can do full reps on pull ups (go all the way up and down to get the full contraction and full stretch) or you can do constant tension (pump the blood into the muscle). I have been mixing full reps, half reps, slow, fast...If you don't feel back working when you do pull ups don't grab the bar as hard as you can and pull up with your elbows, so you can focus on latissimus dorsi.
