Majority leader Aden Duale while reacting to the just concluded party primaries that were marred by violence, manipulation and bribery stated it is obvious that parties were not well equipped to conduct nominations on their own.  He now wants Parliament to enact a law that will empower IEBC to allow parties carry out their primaries three to six months ahead of the general elections.
