DescriptionA case between Toni Waho and the National Kōhanga Reo Trust is currently in the Wellington High Court. Waho was a member on the board before being removed for allegedly bringing the trust into disrepute. Waho arrived at the court this morning with his legal team to defend the case which refers to allegations of financial mismanagement made against the trust more than two years ago.
