Hillary Clinton called out the Democrat Party while reflecting on her 2016 presidential election loss for what she characterized as a completely substandard data operation. "Let me just do a comparison for you," Clinton said at the 2017 Code Conference on Wednesday. "So I set up my campaign and we have our own data operation. I get the nomination." -- "I'm now the nominee of the Democrat Party. I inherit nothing from the Democrat Party," she continued. "What do you mean nothing?" asked interviewer Walt Mossberg."I mean it was bankrupt, it was on the verge of insolvency, its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong. I had to inject money into it, the DNC, to keep it going," Clinton said. Clinton then said that Donald Trump had nothing to speak of in terms of data collection. But Republicans had invested in a far superior data operation following their loss in 2012. "[The Republicans] raised—best estimates are close to $100 million, they brought in their main vendors. They basically said, ‘We will never be behind the Democrats again,'" Clinton said.Washington Free Beacon: Clinton Trashes DNC for ‘Mediocre to Poor,’ ‘Nonexistent’ Data Collection in 2016http://freebeacon.com/politics/hillar...
