The Court of Appeal in Kenya has ruled that seventh day Adventist students should not be forced to attend classes on Saturday.***************A three judge bench ruled that making SDA students attend classes on their Sabbath day would be a violation of their right to worship. The judges Kathurima Mn’oti, William Ouko and Asike Makhandia also ordered education cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i to come up with a policy to ensure there will be no more conflict between education and religion in schools.
