Dapper Prince Harry braves the showers to attend a garden party at Hillsborough Castle - hours after being mobbed by female fans 'asking for his phone number'.Earlier today Prince Harry was mobbed by hundreds of female fans as he arrived in Northern Ireland for the first time.However, it was back to formality for the royal as he joined dozens of dignatries at Hillsborough Castle for a garden party.Harry, 32, smartened up swapping his casual chinos and blazer for a dapper suit and tie as he joined the secretary of states for the annual event.Despite the unseasonable weather the prince appeared to be in good spirits, sheltering under a large umbrella as he chatted with guests on the lawn.Hillsborough Castle is the Queen's official residence while in Northern Ireland but today is the first time that Harry has visited.As is custom with many royal garden parties Harry was invited to plant a tree in the grounds of the castle, which he did with much enthusiasm.Guests at the event could be seen laughing as the prince joked while getting to grips with the spade provided to dig a hole. The 32-year-old's trip to the Emerald Isle comes just days after his girlfriend Meghan Markle spoke publicly about their romance for the first time in a Vanity Fair interview - revealing that the pair are very much 'in love'.However, it seems that royals fans were undeterred by mounting speculation of a royal engagement, as they gathered outside an ambulance station for Prince Harry's visit earlier today.Flustered fans reportedly 'asked for Harry's phone number' as he greeted locals outside.Responding to the frenzy, Kensington Palace tweeted: 'What a warm Belfast welcome! Thank you!' Earlier, Harry was seen larking around with staff at the Ballymena ambulance station where he twirled paramedic Ivan Kelly around as he hung suspended from the ceiling during a live demonstration of rescue operations.
