Marathon runner Dorothy Beal is empowering others to focus on their successes, rather than appearances, by sharing a pair of candid photos taken during a race last summer. In the first picture Beal looks exhausted, sweaty and flushed, and cellulite on Beal’s thighs appears highlighted .In the second photo Beal looks slim and toned, she’s beaming and happily waving at the camera. While the race was difficult, she had fun and felt proud of herself for finishing. But when she saw the unflattering image of herself, it destroyed her self-esteem but Beal asserts that we as a society give photos of ourselves too much power.http://www.allure.com/story/runner-do...http://www.wochit.comThis video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
