Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child. Kate is confirmed to be suffering from severe morning sickness, called hyperemesis gravidarum, for the third time. She experienced the illness in her first and second pregnancies. Hyperemesis gravidarum is estimated to affect about one to three percent of pregnant women and can result in severe nausea and vomiting for which hospitalization is required.
