Got my timing right and was able to fish the biggest coho salmon run I have ever witnessed the other day. Pods of anywhere from hundreds to thousands of 5-10lb coho salmon would swim by throughout the day, this was one of the coolest things I have ever seen while fishing. I strongly recommend that you don't flock to this river, because this video was filmed a week ago, and the fishing won't be comparable. BUT if you see me on this river, be sure to say hi! (this river is no secret and there is plenty of room to fish). Anyways, I can't afford to keep driving north every week, so I'm going to take a break from the cohos for awhile.
