(19 Aug 2017) An international relief organisation has raised fears over the exploitation of children left orphaned by Sierra Leone's deadly mudslides.Haley Clark, Trauma care and protection specialist, at World Hope International on Saturday visited an Internally Displaced Person's camp in Freetown where many of the mudslide survivors were living.Clark said the group were in Freetown to help protect the children who have lost their families to the disaster.Meanwhile survivors picking through the debris of the mudslides are facing the reality that most, if not all, of the estimated 600 people missing are dead.The death toll is already above 450 from the flooding and mudslides in the capital, Freetown, early Monday.Large-scale-burials have begun amid rainy weather and the threat of further mudslides.You can license this story through AP Archive: http://www.aparchive.com/metadata/you...
