The torrential rain brought the precipitation to 213.3 millimeters in Huaibaomindong Village in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday. The rain-triggered flood swept away two bridges in a sudden. Continuous heavy rain has caused a mountain body collapsed in Zhenfeng County in Guizhou Province. Monitoring personnel captured the moment that the 20,000-cubic-meter mountain body fell down. No casualties were reported. As of Tuesday afternoon, emergency repair work is underway. The rainfall in Tongdao County in Hunan Province reached 94.3 millimeters on Tuesday. Many scenic spots were closed due to the rain.
