After graduating college a woman makes 11.5% less than a man does after graduating college. This was discovered by Glassdoor after they analyzed over 46,900 resumes. Andrew Chamberlain and Jyotsna Jayaraman, the study authors wrote, “During college, men and women gravitate toward different majors, often due to societal pressures.” By this they wanted to explain that the major's men chose are more financially stable, than the majors women choose. These types of influences start at birth. Preventing the gender wage gap will be a battle of changing our society as a whole.http://www.elle.com/culture/career-po...http://www.wochit.comThis video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
