DescriptionIt looks like Jenelle Evans is gearing up for another custody battle — this time over her three-year-old son Kaiser Griffith. After an explosive report claimed that Jenelle's eight-month-old daughter Ensley had tested positive for marijuana at birth, Kaiser's paternal grandmother Doris Davidson filed for emergency custody temporary of the toddler — and the Teen Mom 2 star addressed the situation in a series of tweets."Why would I need to tell the public ANYTHING? LOL," the 25-year-old tweeted after fans asked her about the allegations being made against her. "Don't believe everything. They are called accusations for a reason. The truth will come out eventually, not talking about myself either."Jenelle continued to defend herself and brought up the fact that as Kaiser's grandparent, Doris wouldn't be able to access Ensley's medical records without her consent. She also suggested that her mother Barbara is the one who is feeding false information to Doris about Jenelle’s alleged marijuana use.On Sept. 1, Doris — who is the mother of Kaiser's dad and Jenelle's ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith — alleged that after Ensley had tested positive for marijuana shortly after she was born back in January, a DSS investigation was opened on both Jenelle and her current fiancé David Eason. Both Jenelle and David had tested positive for marijuana as well, and Doris even accused Jenelle and David of "inappropriate and excessive discipline" when it comes to Kaiser.
