Kilifi county children services director George Migosi has asked Kenyans to stop defiling school children warning of stern actions for anyone caught in the act  Speaking during the celebration to mark the African child at Matsangoni primary ,George noted that cases of defilement have become rampant in the  county which has in turn affected the education sector as reports indicate that the primary -secondary children transition stands at 50 percent which is too low.
