The driver that died in the Lamborghini crash at SpeedVegas last Sunday, is thought to be Canadian real estate agent Craig Sherwood. Although the Clark County coroner is still working to scientifically identify the driver, indications are that it’s Sherwood. According to a friend, Sherwood was in Las Vegas last week for a real estate conference. Sherwood and 59 yr-old driving instructor Gil Ben-Kely were killed when a Lamborghini Aventador crashed into a wall and burst into flames.A former Las Vegas hotel security guard Jerry Johnson was convicted of sexually assaulting a tourist on Friday, but was acquitted of another allegation. Prosecutors alleged that Johnson took advantage of two drunken woman within a month’s span back in 2009. Johnson is facing 10 years to life in prison.And the median price of Las Vegas homes have risen 8.1 percent last year across the Valley, according to SalesTraq. All but three zip codes posted increases, with two located in the central valley. The biggest jumps in median resale prices tended to be in older, more centrally located homes.
