Legislators in the eleventh parliament have been challenged to pass the two thirds gender bill once it is re-introduced in the house. Gender Cabinet secretary Sicily Kariuki says the 11th parliament stands a better chance to go down the annals of history as the one that eventually actualised the gender rule. She was giving the keynote address at the launch of the national strategy for supporting greater participation of women in elective politics.
