Barely days after high court judge Justice John Mativo gave parliament 60 days to implement the two thirds gender rule or face dissolution, Narok West MP Patrick Ole Ntutu has expressed his opposition to the move saying it will increase the tax burden on Kenyans.Ntutu who is eyeing the Narok governor's seat on a Chama Cha Mashinani party ticket says the country should hold a referendum on the composition of parliament with a view of reducing the number of seats.
