The country's top judge, Chief Justice David Kenani Maraga has sworn to pay the ultimate price to protect the constitution and the rule of law  telling the political class to stop intimidating the Judiciary.Maraga who spoke after chairing a Judicial Service Commission meeting also accused the Inspector General of Police for allegedly failing to protect judicial officers after day long demonstrations by Jubilee supporters outside the Supreme Court to protest its verdict  to annul President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory.k24's Apollo Kamau reports on an event that came in the wake of damning claims of complicity by two Supreme Court Judges hours before the  court releases the much awaited judgement  that annulled Kenyatta's August 8th victory.
