Tad Cummins and missing Tennessee teen Elizabeth Thomas may have been spotted at a McDonald’s in Kearney, Nebraska, police said in a Facebook post.The new sighting comes after Cummins' wife, Jill Cummins, filed for divorce after 31 years of marriage.On Sunday night the Kearney Police Department released a photo believed to be of Thomas and Tad at a McDonalds. Police also released an image of the red pickup truck they are believed to be traveling in.Authorities warned the public to take caution if they spot Thomas and Tad because he is possession of two handguns.This is the second sighting of the former teacher and his student. On Friday, Tad and Thomas were spotted at a Walmart in Oklahoma City.The pair, seen on surveillance camera, appeared to have changed their looks.Thomas had darker-colored hair instead of her usual blonde, and Tad also darkened his beard and hair.On Friday, court documents revealed that Jill Cummins had filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences for the split. She also alleged that her husband is "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct," WKRN.com reported.Tad has been at the center of an AMBER alert after he and Thomas, 15, went missing on March 13.Tad, who was a teacher at Culleoka Unit School where he taught Thomas, is accused of kidnapping the teenager.His wife has previously said that she hasn't had contact with Tad since his disappearance and begged him to come back home."This is not who you are. We can help you get through this," she said during a news conference with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
