The national cohesion and integration commission-NCIC has put on notice hate mongers, politicians and media houses ahead of the August eighth general election.NCIC and the communications authority of Kenya-CAK say they will closely be monitoring media house on the content they broadcast, with vernacular radio stations in particular being accused of propagating hate speech.The warning was issued during a stakeholders meeting to discuss modalities of curbing hate speech and incitement to violence in the run up to the August 8th polls.
