Big Neck Training Bodybuilding Motivation HDIf there is a single body part that will give you the edge over 99.9% of all lifters out there, it would hands down be the neck. A wide neck will outshine any body part on your frame. In my experience, training the neck also eradicates any neck pain you may have due to all the postural benefits that come with neck curls. I always remember the old school quote by Mike The Machine Bruce: "If you have a brain, you gotta protect it. You do so by working the neck."*Routine I use:2x week neck training DAY 1 (LIGHT): Neck Curls - 3 sets of 100 reps (Good number to shoot for: 50 lbs for 3 sets of 100 reps nonstop)Neck Extension - 3 sets of 100 reps (Good number to shoot for: 70 lbs for 3 sets of 100 reps nonstop)DAY 2 (HEAVY):Neck Curls - 4 sets of 25 reps (Good number to shoot for: 90 lbs for 3-4 sets of 50 reps)Neck Extensions - 4 sets of 25 reps (Good number to shoot for: 135 lbs for 4 sets of 25 reps)►IMPORTANT: If you have anything against my uploads (use of content etc.), please send me a private message here(Youtube) or my email address: [email protected]
