Siliguri (West Bengal), Sep 27 (ANI): The West Bengal Government on Tuesday launched elephant safari in a wildlife park in a bid to pull back tourists. The initiative is a bid to bring back the declining tourism after prolonged violent autonomy stir by Gorkhas. The safari, introduced in Siliguri’s North Bengal Wild Animals Park, will allow visitors to tour the park and see the animals in their natural habitat. Two elephants have been brought to the park for the safari. Authorities hope the initiative will give the tourism industry a big boost. The wildlife park is home to animals like tigers and crocodiles and different types of birds.--------------------------------------Subscribe now!
