Other than Jeju Island, most regions will see 5 to 10 millimeters of rainfall while mountainous regions might even see some snow. Those in the central region will need to be aware of the high levels of fine dust all day, including those of us in the capital,... as the light precipitation won't help much to ease the dryness and dustiness in the air.A cool and breezy afternoon is in store.Highs will make it to 10 degrees Celsius in Seoul while Daejeon, Gwangju, Busan and Jeju will top out at 12 degrees Celsius. While the rest will have rain at times, Jeju Island will have partly sunny skies throughout the day. Temperatures will bounce back to seasonal norms again starting tomorrow under mostly to partly sunny skies but lows will remain in the single digits leading to big gaps in temperatures. The weather agency has announced the outlook for the upcoming months. Other than some sporadic cold snaps next month, which is typical of every spring, unseasonably warm temperatures will dominate the next season. As for the sea conditions around Jin-do Island, rain is expected and winds will pick up speed times but overall, the conditions will be co-operative during the final stages of Sewol-ho ferry salvage process.
