Political leaders out to propagate hate speech risks arrest and subsequent prosecution as the National Cohesion and Integration Commission moves to create order ahead of the official campaigns that kicks off on Sunday. The National Cohesion and Integration Commission is conducting training for police officers on how to monitor hate speech and hate mongers and collect water-tight evidence against them ahead of the August 8th general election.
