Description

A health panel with the US government has decided that routine prostate cancer screenings can be done as long as the patient decides whether they want to or not after discussing it with their doctor. The PSA test only has a small percent chance of detecting cancer, but often times the procedure causes several unwanted side effects. Dr. Kirsten Bibbins-Domingo, a San Francisco internist believes “this isn’t a one-size-fits all” procedure. She believes men concerned over having cancer will of course partake, but “other men will realize the… benefit is small and aren’t willing to risk the harms.”http://hosted2.ap.org/APDEFAULT/386c2...http://www.wochit.comThis video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
