Most of the nation will see 5 to 20 millimeters of rain, though Gangwon-do Province could see up to 60 millimeters of rain and even some snow in the mountainous areas. Due to the rain and clouds, temperatures will be 2 to 6 degrees lower than yesterday. People in the southern regions will have even cooler temperatures -- from the near twenties to the low teens this afternoon. So let's take a closer look at the outlook. Seoul and Gwangju will see a high of 15 degrees, while Daegu will get up to 14 degrees. The rain will start to let up starting down south this afternoon. Meanwhile, spring festivals around the nation start to kick off this weekend. To name a few... the Jeju Cherry Blossom Festival opens today, while the Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival starts tomorrow. But if you plan to check out any of these festivals on Saturday... Be sure to carry an umbrella and warmer jacket with you.
