A Houston man was duct taped to a sign this week after losing a bet that he made on a Warriors/Rockets game. A video surfaced that shows the man’s friends duct taping him to the sign before leaving him there for a few minutes. Someone eventually called the cops, and the police arrived and helped the man down.
