An updated model of a special armoured vehicle, called 'Medved' ('Bear'), was successfully tested in the Nizhny Novgorod Region on Wednesday. The vehicle was designed at the special request of Russia's Interior Ministry.SOT, Mikhail Kireev, leading designer at Russia's Military Industrial Complex (Russian): "This is a special police vehicle created upon the request of the Russian Interior Ministry. It is designed to transport personnel both in urban and off-road conditions.
