According to the NY Times there has been a shooting reported in Britain outside of the British Parliment. Members of the House of Commons are currently on lock down after a shooting was reported. Witnesses report screaming and chaos, as well as gunshots. It was not known by the witnesses if the gun shots came from the assailant for the officers on scene. The incident specifically took place on the Westminster Bridge.
