The first batch of 50 students from Somalia are expected to enroll at the Mandera Medical Training College beginning September as Kenya and Somalia finalized first session of the midterm review of the Joint Commission for Cooperation. Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Ambassador Amina Mohamed says the training which will cost 59 million shillings will see 200 nursing students from Somalia trained.
