Description
The latest developments in robotics could be seen strutting their stuff on the catwalk at Consumer Electronic Show (CES) Asia in Shanghai on Wednesday. Robot designers showcased their creations, which ranged from boogying bots to a six-legged spider machine. Many of the robots are autonomous service tools, designed to assist with shopping and groceries deliveries.SOT, Tang Xuanlai, Technical Director Department of KEENON, (Mandarin): "We present KEENO, which mainly researches and produces business service robots. The superiority of our robots is their accuracy in locating things with lasers and images. They are all equipped with GPS which makes the route clear for the robot, and lets it move in all directions. This is a product we designed for serving in restaurants. Here is the platform for moving and it can move in the restaurant freely with GPS. The higher part has a concise design and it has 3 levels. The chef only has to put food that is ready to serve in the robot and give it instructions. It can serve food table by table and remind guests to take the food. After serving, it comes back to the kitchen for the next round."Video ID: 20170607 033Video on Demand: http://www.ruptly.tvContact:
