The latest round of Syria peace talks in Astana, Kazakhstan have ended with Turkey, Russia and Iran signing an agreement to set up safe zones in the war-torn country. But the Syrian opposition has refused to sign it. The regime hasn't signed yet either, but says it supports the deal.
