(7 Aug 2017) US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday in Manila, on the sidelines of the ministerial meetings of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).Ahead of the meeting, the US said Tillerson would discuss with Duterte human rights along with other issues.
