Utah Governor Gary Herbert has stated that he will sign a law setting the blood alcohol limit for drunken driving at 0.05, which is the lowest threshold in the United States. The law is being signed despite strong objections from the restaurant and beverage industry. Herbert says, "I believe it is good policy, and that this new policy will in fact save lives," A spokeswoman for Herbert, Kirsten Rappleye, says that the governor plans to sign the bill before March 29th.http://feeds.reuters.com/~r/Reuters/d...http://www.wochit.comThis video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
